At VoxiCast, we pride ourselves on providing a premium, buffer-free streaming experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription, which is why we maintain a transparent and strict refund policy.

The 24-Hour Free Trial (Test Before You Buy)

We strongly encourage all new customers to utilize our completely free 24-Hour Trial before purchasing a paid subscription. This trial gives you full access to test our channel list, VOD library, and server stability on your specific device and internet connection. Because we offer this risk-free testing period, we consider all paid subscriptions to be final.

1. General Refund Terms

Because VoxiCast provides instantaneous access to digital goods and server infrastructure, we do not offer refunds simply because a user "changed their mind" or did not use the service.

  • Refunds will not be granted for issues related to the customer's internet speed, ISP throttling, or incorrect device setup.
  • Refunds will not be granted if a specific channel is temporarily offline. (In a library of 15,000+ channels, temporary routing issues on individual streams are normal and usually resolve quickly).

2. Eligibility for a Refund (The 3-Day Window)

We will only consider a refund within the first 72 hours (3 days) of your initial purchase under the following strict conditions:

  • Our servers experience a verified, total global outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • You have contacted our support team via WhatsApp and we are completely unable to help you connect to our servers using an approved app (TiviMate, Smarters, etc.).

If you paid via Cryptocurrency, any approved refunds will be issued minus the network transaction fees.

3. Account Bans & Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as sharing your login credentials with others, restreaming our content, or attempting to use 1 connection on multiple devices simultaneously), no refund will be provided.
