Welcome to VoxiCast. By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or using our streaming services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview & Channel Availability

VoxiCast provides a digital routing service that allows users to access live broadcasts and video-on-demand content. We do not host, archive, or distribute the media content ourselves. Because we rely on global server networks, the availability of specific channels, sporting events, or VODs can change at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel will be permanently available.

2. Account Usage & Restrictions

Your subscription plan dictates how many devices can be connected to our servers at the exact same time.

  • Strict 1-Connection Rule: If you purchased a 1-Connection plan, you may install VoxiCast on multiple devices in your home, but you can only watch on one device at a time.
  • No Restreaming: Attempting to extract our server URLs to restream, broadcast publicly, or resell our bandwidth is strictly prohibited.
  • Penalties: Our servers automatically detect connection abuse. If you exceed your connection limit or share your login credentials with friends, your account will be permanently banned without a refund.

3. User Responsibilities

To use VoxiCast, you must have a compatible streaming device (Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV, etc.) and a stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K streaming). We are not responsible for buffering caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttling your connection. If your ISP blocks IPTV services, it is your responsibility to use a VPN.

4. Maintenance & Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VoxiCast may occasionally require short periods of scheduled maintenance to upgrade servers and ensure anti-freeze stability. We will attempt to perform these outside of major sporting events, but we are not liable for brief service interruptions.

5. Payments & Renewals

All payments are strictly one-time, prepaid transactions. We do not auto-bill your credit card or PayPal. When your subscription expires, it is your responsibility to manually renew your account through our website or via WhatsApp. For information on refunds, please refer to our strict Refund Policy.
